Cape Town - Looking to have some fun this weekend? We've got just the local music festival for you! 

From Thursday, 25 January until Sunday, 28 January Up the Creek 2018 will be rocking Breede River in Swellendam.

There will be awesome live local music acts like Fokofpolisiekar, a comedian to make you laugh and even a Soul Circus.

1. LOCAL TALENT TAKES CENTRE STAGE:

With all the exciting international acts coming to SA this year, it’s also important to remember that our homegrown acts rank right up there with the best. The Up the Creek Festival puts those great musicians front and centre on the big stage.

2. LAUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE CIRCUS

Schalk Bezuidenhout will be the MC on Friday night and to see why he is currently making a name for himself as one of SA`s most hilarious comedians, make sure to catch him on the Savanna stage on Friday afternoon for his official set. 

You can also expect to see SOULCIRCUS delights at Up The Creek 2018. Surprise Pop UP Theatre acts will show performances around you and their SOULution activating workshops and even eco-Brick adult story telling will be held for your enjoyment in the LotusBelle/garlic tent at the Food Court throughout the weekend.

3. COOL OFF IN THE CREEK:

If you’re feeling the heat and need to cool off you can take a dip in the creek.

R1 030 (excluding booking fees) – only full weekend tickets available.

Note: There are three options to pay for your festival tickets: Credit card, EFT and Mobicred (a ticket payment plan option.) 

Gates will open at 11:00 on the Thursday and the music will start from 15:00.
