Los Angeles – Not only was it a night filled with glitz and glam, it was also a night filled with firsts as Sam Smith made his debut at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night.
Smith, a nominee in the Artist to Watch category, delivered a heart-wrenching performance of his hit, Stay With Me.
