Alien Ant Farm
US band Alien Ant Farm will be performing in Johannesburg at The Good Luck Bar on Friday and in Pretoria at the Voortrekker Monument on Saturday. Joining them will be South African producer and songwriter Esjay Jones, as well as local acts After Robot and Made For Broadway. Tickets range from R140 – R250. Sam World
Sam World is half of the breakthrough dance music duo No Method that has reached over 40 million views on their hit single, Let Me Go. Read more about that here. And this Friday Sam World will be performing a solo show at The Other Venue in Bloemfontein at their The Walking Dead Halloween Party. Tickets cost R20 (first 200 guests) and R40 thereafter. SPHEctacula and DJ Naves
Catch the #KTOW at Suede Elite in Pretoria on Friday. SPHEctacula, DJ Naves and DJ Naked will be taking the stage for a massive party. Doors open at 22:00. Click here for more info.


MCQP This is IT Halloween party
Join the MCQP organisers at This is IT – an ultimate Halloween experience honouring the scariest clown of them all, Pennywise, taking inspiration from the new IT film. The event will be taking place on Saturday, 28 October 2017, at 20 Napier Street in Cape Town. Those attending MCQP Presents Halloween will be able to enjoy both a downstairs and upstairs party area, and the line-up include DJs Chad, Groovy Q, Sole Elos (from Germany), Candice Heyns, B_Type and Kanan7 vs El Gordo. Back in Black: The ACDC Tribute
Tasked with putting together an ACDC tribute for Hillcrest Quarry’s annual Tribute Fest, Riaan Steyn (drums) and Neil Lombard (rhythm guitar) assembled a bunch of their close musician friends and family, Lance Paul Jackson (vocals), Ian Smit (lead Guitar) and David Adamson (bass). Having now extended the show to a full 90 minutes of ACDC’s Greatest Hits and notched up a couple of very successful gigs along the way, including a sold out first time performance at Durbanville’s legendary Die Boer, expect to hear and see one of the few Cape Town bands that have managed to mimic these iconic rockers with such authenticity. The Rudimentals (stand around/dance party)
The Rudimentals is a Reggae/Dancehall/Dub and fusion outfit, based in the creative hub of Cape Town South Africa. Fronted by local Zimbabwean born hero: T-Boss Maidza, he is flanked by Zimbabwean musical legend King Labash, recent 2016 winner of Zimbabwean Best dancehall video awards, and next, from Brooklyn, NYC, is USA born rapper and all round emerging media personality, Whosane Pangaea, alongside Jamaican born star, Khaos Cottrell, who also happens to be an international Hugo Boss and Armani Male Model. Stoker

Halloween 2017 at Voortrekker Monument
A massive Halloween party is taking place at the Voortrekker Monument’s Amphihall on Saturday. While international act Alien Ant Farm will be performing, local acts set to take the stage include Fokofpolisiekar, Tweak, The Plastics, Van Pletzen, PHFAT, Hello Beautiful, Kyle Watson and more.
