Sydney - The Bee Gees' childhood home in the Australian city of Brisbane has been gutted by fire, news reports said on Friday.
The family living in the Margate house where the Gibb brothers began their careers in music escaped unharmed.
Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb, who were born in Britain and moved to Australia with infant brother Andy in 1958, made a pilgrimage to the Tramore Street house when they toured Australia in 1999.
