Cape Town – Giuliana Rancic walked the Grammys red carpet wearing a black pantsuit matched with a black top by designer Inbal Dror.

The beautiful ensemble seemed faulted however, as Giuliana's scarily thin frame stole the spotlight from the actual outfit.
