Mumford & Sons coming to SA

Cape Town – British rock band Mumford & Sons are heading to South Africa in 2016 for three shows.

The band will be performing in Cape Town on 29 January 2016 at the Grand Parade, in Durban on 3 February 2016 at the Durban Botanic Gardens and in Pretoria on 6 February at the Monument Amphitheatre.

Mumford & Sons are one of the most requested live artists in the world today, and they look set to bring their globally renowned live show to our country for what promises to be an undisputed highlight of the cultural calendar.

This year, the band released their acclaimed third album, the electric Wilder Mind. The album debuted at number one in six countries and quickly follows the huge multi-million selling success of albums, Sigh No More and Babel.

Longstanding fans of the band know however that the experience of witnessing Mumford & Sons perform live is a truly unique event, and to finally bring them over to South Africa promises to be an experience nobody will forget.

Tickets for the three date tour go on sale at 09:00 on 3 September via Computicket as well as at Shoprite and Checkers stores.
