New York - New Jersey Governor Chris Christie's favourite rock star has something to say about the scandal that's threatened the Republican's chances at running for president in 2016.
Appearing on NBC's Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, Bruce Springsteen joined the comedian in a parody song called Gov. Chris Christie's Fort Lee, New Jersey Traffic Jam.
Christie considers himself among Springsteen's biggest fans and said he wept after he got a hug from Springsteen at a concert in 2012.
But the governor has been on the defensive after documents released last week showed a top aide orchestrated a massive traffic jam in an apparent act of political revenge.
The jam at the foot of one of the world's busiest bridges came after the Democratic mayor of the town there refused to endorse Christie.
