Cape Town – With a worldwide tour, chart-topping collaborations, promotional deals and even movie appearances it should come as no surprise that Ed Sheeran has seized the crown from Adele to become the richest British celebrity aged 30 and under.

The heat Rich List is an annual guide to the UK's richest young stars and last year Adele was on top, but now she is not featured on it, because she turned 31 in May.

To reach the top 28-year-old Ed has nearly doubled his wealth within the past year from £94m in 2017 to a staggering £170m estimated worth, thanks to his two-year, world-breaking, highest-grossing ÷ Divide Tour.

The tour stopped in South Africa earlier this year and sold thousands of tickets.

Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe has regained the second position on the list. Much of 30-year-old Daniel's £90m was acquired during his ten years playing the schoolboy wizard in the money-spinning franchise.

HERE ARE THE TOP 10 RICHEST, ACCORDING TO THE LIST:

1. Ed Sheeran, 28, (£170m)

2. Daniel Radcliffe, 30, (£90m)
