Britney Spears' manager fears she'll 'never perform again'

Cape Town - Britney Spears’ long-time manager Larry Rudolph has expressed his fears over the future of her career.

This follows the latest report from American publication, TMZ which said that the American hitmaker appeared in court on Friday, along with her mother Lynne, sister Jamie-Lynne, and father Jamie.

Lynne is apparently advocating for access to Britney's medical records.

The Toxic singer is currently at the centre of a social media campaign called "#FreeBritney", which was set up by her fans to emancipate her from a conservatorship held by her father.
