Cardi B is going to open this year’s MTV Video Music Awards and we can’t wait

Cape Town – Popular rapper Cardi B is going to open the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards.

The American broadcaster revealed the news via a tweet on Wednesday along with a video clip featuring the hitmaker.

The award show will take place on Monday, 20 August in New York.

The pre-show will be broadcast on MTV (DStv 130) on Monday morning at 02:00 and the main event will then follow on the same channel at 03:00. The show will then be rebroadcast on Monday evening at 21:15 on MTV (DStv 130).
