Johannesburg - Chris Brown is being sued by an unnamed woman after she claims she was raped during a party at his house on 23 February, this according to TMZ.

The woman is suing Breezy and several members of his entourage for sexual assault, assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress among other charges, which amount to $17 million (R212 million).

In the suit filed on Wednesday in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, the alleged victim is listed only as Jane Doe and she claims the Zero singer’s friend, Lowell Grissom Jr aka EverybodyKnowsLo, raped her twice at Breezy’s house.

Jane Doe also alleges Chris supplied guests with cocaine, molly and marijuana.

The woman has now hired women's rights attorney Gloria Allred to represent her.

"This is one of the most horrific cases involving alleged sexual assaults I have ever seen, and our client, Jane Doe, has been severely traumatised by what she was forced to suffer," the 76-year-old advocate said at a press conference on Wednesday.

"She filed this lawsuit because she wants justice for herself, but she also wants to warn other young women about the potential danger to themselves if they have their phone taken away and if they go to Chris Brown’s house.

“She doesn’t want any other young woman to endure the violent sexual assaults she was forced to endure in an environment of guns and drugs. We look forward to our client having the opportunity to have her day in court. We want to hold accountable those who were responsible for the gender violence inflicted upon her."

Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, has denied the singer has done anything wrong.

“In another era we might have called this a shakedown. None of these allegations are true. Nobody has done anything with this . . . there’s no case here. Chris is a target.”
