Die Melkterte and Klopjag are back for 2 shows only!

Cape Town – It’s like a Throwback Thursday come to life! Two of our favourite Afrikaans bands from the past are teaming up for a two-shows-only reunion.

Die Melktert Kommissie and Klopjag are returning to the stage with a special show titled Tertjag.

According to an inside source the tickets are selling like hot cakes (or is that koeksisters?).

Pretoria

Date: Saturday 19 November
Venue: Picnic area at the Voortrekker Monument
Time: Gates open at 14:30. Tertjag show starts at 19:00
*This show will be a live DVD recording. The rugby (SA vs Italy) will be broadcast on big screens at 16:00. Kids are welcome. There will be a beer garden and food stalls with tables and chairs. Tickets cost R150 per person and are available online here.

Hartebeespoort Dam

Date: Sunday 20 November
Venue: Villa Paradiso
Time: Buffet starts at 11:00. Tertjag show starts at 13:00.
*The buffet includes a three-course meal with over 60 dishes to choose from. Buffet ends at 15:00. A cheese platter and soups as well as a coffee and tea table will also be available.

Tickets cost R250 per person (R100 for the show and R150 for the buffet lunch) and are available online here.
