Cape Town – Afrikaans rocker Francois van Coke is busy working on his second album and we literally can’t wait!

"I’ve been working on new material for my second solo album for a few months now," Francois told Channel24. "Jedd Kossew has again been involved from the beginning of the writing process, but I have also involved other members of my live band in the writing process."

Francois, who released his debut solo album in April 2015, has been posting about working on his new album on his Instagram account, with one post featuring his guitarist Jedd playing a new riff.

Francois will be going into the studio in September and says he is very excited about the new songs and that he can’t wait to write more. "The album will be produced by Fokofpolisiekar’s Johnny de Ridder and Rudolph Willemse, who plays bass in my band," says Francois.

Ons is besig om songs te skryf vir my 2de album. Op die Sondag ook. Ons het nou al so 10 songs aan die gang. Get excited!
