Glastonbury 2019 sells out in 36 minutes

Tickets for Glastonbury Festival 2019 sold out in just over half an hour.

Organiser Emily Eavis tweeted to say a record number of people tried to buy tickets when general admission sales began at 09:00 on 7 October.

Rumour has it that Paul McCartney will be headlining the festival next year.

There was no festival in 2018 with fans calling it a "fallow" year.
