Cape Town - Gloria Estefan has teased Jennifer Lopez, and Shakira have "got plenty of surprises coming" during their Super Bowl Halftime Show performance next month.
The event will take place on Monday, 3 February in Miami and South African high-flying performer Sho Madjozi will be performing at one of the BUDX Experience which will also feature Moonchild Sanelly and Karabo Poppy's work. Read more about that here.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight's Nischelle Turner, the music legend spoke about what fans can expect from Jennifer Lopez and Shakira's upcoming show.
Gloria explained: "All the surprises [are] coming for us in the halftime show. I'm excited,".
The Turn the Beat Around singer, went on to say: "They have a very short time to do what they're gonna do and to get on and off the field, so whatever you're gonna see is gonna be action-packed top to bottom. There's no time to lose, and there is a couple of fantastic performances. J.Lo and Shakira, plus whatever surprises may be there."
Gloria herself has done two halftime shows, the first in 1992 and the second in 1999.
About her experience, she said: "You've gotta be on that A-game. It's gotta be rehearsed. Everything is rehearsed, every inch of movement on that stage,".
