Cape Town – According to the Los Angeles Police Department a man named Eric Holder is a suspect in the shooting death of rapper Nipsey Hussle.
Hussle died in the shooting while two other men were injured and transported to the hospital.
The rapper received a Grammy nomination this year for his major-label debut titled Victory Lap which has soared on iTunes' and Amazon's charts since his death. He was also well known for giving back to the community.
"Detectives have worked tirelessly and are now asking for the public's help in locating the suspect in this case," the LAPD said in a statement released on Twitter on Tuesday.
They added: "Anyone with information related to his whereabouts or this deadly shooting is urged to contact South Bureau Homicide at 323-786-5100."
