In the middle of the night on Wednesday, Beyoncé and Megan Thee Stallion dropped a long-rumoured collaboration, and it was Savage.

One of the hottest songs in the world, thanks to going viral on social media platform TikTok, has a rumour hotter than the hype.

Queen Bey took over the track, delivering multiple rap verses with lots of lines that left listeners praising her iconic skill level. By far the most-talked-about lyrics are in the second verse when she referenced OnlyFans — a popular subscription-based platform known for amateur adult-only content and the social media platform that the song got some of the most airplay on, TikTok.

Beyoncé raps: "Hips TikTok when I dance/On that Demon Time, she might start an OnlyFans (OnlyFans)."

Mere hours after the song was released, OnlyFans responded to the name-drop in a statement that featured their own name-drop. According to Rolling Stone, the company said: "Beyoncé, and any artist, are welcome to join OnlyFans at any time to foster a deeper connection with their fans."

The artwork for the single features a horse (a stallion) and a sign for Houston. In case you don't know, both Beyoncé and Megan come from the famous city in Texas.

Both artists are donating proceeds from the remix to the Bread of Life, a disaster relief organisation that provides meals to Houston families amid the coronavirus pandemic.
