Local artist Sjava among nominees for Viewer’s Choice: Best International Act at BET Awards 2018

Johannesburg - BET in Africa announced the nominees for the BET Awards 2018 Viewer’s Choice Best International Act category on Tuesday.

South African artist Sjava was among the nominees listed and he joins fellow local musicians Cassper Nyovest and the Distruction Boyz who are also nominated. 

The event will be hosted by Jamie Foxx and will include performances by Nicki Minaj, Migos, Janelle Monáe, H.E.R., Ella Mai and more.

Fans can cast their vote for their favourite Best International Act nominees on BET.com and on both Twitter and Instagram using the designated hashtags for each artist. Voting for the viewer’s choice category will close on 20 June at 00:59. 

The winner will be announced at the BET Awards red carpet special airing before the show begins. 

The BET Awards 2018 will be taking place at Microsoft Theatre on Sunday, 24 June 2018 and will be screened on BET (DStv channel 129) on Tuesday, 26 June at 20:00.
