Los Angeles - Marc Anthony is being sued for double booking a European tour.
The I Need to Know singer is the subject of a Manhattan lawsuit from Amsterdam-based R&J Entertainment, who claim he signed a contract with them in January 2014 in which he agreed to perform in Rotterdam, London and Barcelona that year, and further shows in summer 2015.
Despite their "exclusive" deal, the 47-year-old singer is accused of then backing out of the shows, with R&J finding out he had agreed to "near identical performance agreements with a third party promotion company".
The promoters are suing Marc - who is married to Shannon de Lima and has five kids from past relationships - for damages incurred by cancelling the concerts.
Marc recently admitted he regrets not being a stay-at-home dad.
He said: "The one regret would be that what I chose to do took so much of my time. What I would have done to have been a stay-at-home dad, and, you know, witnessed every second of everything. I would have loved that. Didn't work out that way.
"So it's the one thing that just tugs at me going and - that's the biggest sacrifice. And you sort of - you sorta - start to wonder was it all worth it. Was it worth it? You know, on that level."
