Michael Bublé is not retiring just yet

Cape Town – In an article published last week in Daily Mail's Weekend Magazine Michael Bublé said: “This is my last interview. I'm retiring”.

The interview took place in the lead up to the 43-year-old’s new album, Love, which is set to be released on Friday, 16 November.

The simple and direct quote sent the crooner’s fans into a panic with many of them voicing their concerns on social media bemoaning the loss of Bublé’s talent.

But it turns out it was all a joke, at least according to a rep for the father-of-three, who told US Weekly and Entertainment Tonight: “He is not going anywhere,”.

It turns out that the veteran of the music industry was detailing the emotions he felt during his five-year-old son, Noah’s, battle with liver cancer.

Noah was diagnosed in 2016 and is now in remission.
