Tell us more about your performance at the first Boiler Room in Pretoria, what can fans expect?

Well I'm excited to be part of this initiative and my fans can expect a lot of energy as I will be taking them back from where I started until now. So, I will be taking them through a musical journey of Oskido.

Your name is synonymous throughout the world with hits, do you remember the first time you crafted a song that you knew would be a hit?

The first song I can remember that I recorded and I knew it was going to be hit, it was in 1994 with the group called the Boom Shaka, the song was called It’s About Time.

Is there one artist that you still want to work with locally or internationally?

I do different sounds of music at the studio so there are quite a number of them I’d love to work with. It’s difficult to say a name or any particular one.

What’s one thing you wish your fans knew about you and your craft?

That I eat and breath music every day.

If you weren’t a musician, producer and businessman what would you be doing?

A priest, because I would love to change the world and heal the sick.

What’s one thing you always take with you around the world that reminds you of home?

Locally produced music, because we’ve got the 'dopest' music creators in the entire world. I always carry that with me where ever I go and share part of it with the world.

If you could tell your 16-year-old self one thing that you know now for sure, what would it be?

I would tell my 16-year-old self to respect the game and surround yourself with the right people.
