Cape Town - Tsonga rapper Sho Madjozi just walked away with the BET Award for Best International Act – and made history as the first South African female to do so!
The awards were held on Sunday night at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
The 27-year-old, who recently won Newcomer of the Year and Female Artist of the Year at the South African Music Awards (SAMAs) was nominated alongside artists such as: Teniola Apata (Nigeria), Headie One and Octavian from the UK, Jokair and Nesly (France) and our very own AKA.
