Cape Town - Oh the joys of Twitter!
Have you ever wanted to see Bruno Mars sing a proudly South African song, or Chris Brown sing Sister Bethina?
Though the likelihood of this actually happening is slim, Twitter came as close as possible to making it appear like these two famous artists did exactly that.
One very creative tweep, @Player1505, dubbed Ringo Madlingozi’s Sondela vocals onto Bruno Mars' Versace on the Floor video and it was genius!
As the vocals play over the music video it really appears as if Bruno is singing the Xhosa hit to his love interest in the video, Zendaya.
It’s not the first time @Player1505 has dubbed local tracks onto international visuals. He also did one of Breezy’s famous Loyal video by dubbing Sister Bethina onto it.
It’s totally funny, but also actually works!
