To know Joe Exotic is to be totally obsessed with him.

He's a convicted criminal, a zoo owner, a serial polyamorist and many other things, but a singer might not be one of them.

According to The LA Times and various other sources the man, who is also known as the fallen Tiger King, hired a vocalist to record his many hits. Such as Here, Here Kitty; I Saw a Tiger and My First Love.

However, I must add – as all other outlets have – that our ever-interesting Joe won't admit this widely speculated titbit.

Who are the men allegedly behind the hits? Songwriter Vince Johnson and singer Danny Clinton, each of whom is credited for "Archival Footage" in the docuseries.

Joe allegedly discovered their work and hired them to write for him on the premise of exposure in the reality show.

The relationship then went south, though, like most things in the former businessman's life.

Vince Johnson told Vanity Fair in an email about the whole fiasco and not being credited: "We all get what's coming to us in the end, be it good or bad. Joe, all in all, was likeable."
