Johannesburg - 90’s R&B  groups TLC, SWV and Dru Hill are said to be coming to South Africa in September for their 90’s themed inaugural Soul Fest that promises to take people down memory lane.

The organisers of the festival; Glen21 Entertainment are excited to be bringing three iconic bands to South Africa.

“Soul Fest is a really special platform to us and our aim is to continue to bring South African fans nostalgic music that they love.”

HERE'S A TWEET FROM THE ORGANISERS ABOUT THE CONCERT:

Although TLC lost one of their band members Left Eye in a tragic car accident; Chilli and T-Boz are still going strong.

Band members once told BET that said that they still include Left Eye’s voice in their music, “Whether we use a recording of her talking over a beat or a remix, we always incorporate her in everything we do in our music.”

Dru Hill is known for their 90’s hits ‘In my bed’ and ‘Tell me.” The group consists of members; Mark "Sisqó" Andrews, Tamir "Nokio" Ruffin and, Larry "Jazz" Anthony.

Sisters with Voices also known as SWV was formed in 1986 as a Gospel group that later changed into an R&B band. The group previously split and the members pursued solo careers but reunited in 2005.
