Cape Town - Trey Songz legal woes continue to worsen.

This time, the RnB singer is being taken to court by a woman who claims she was mentally and physically injured after she approached Trey for a photo outside a strip club in Philadelphia last year.

TMZ reports that the unnamed female claims that when she and her cousin attempted to get a photo with the Bottoms Up hit maker, he grabbed and twisted her arm and wrist.

In her lawsuit, she claims that she has undergone psychiatric treatment after falling into a depression over the incident, adding she could end up facing “cosmetic disfigurement” following the assault.

The woman’s cousin has also filed her own lawsuit against the 33-year-old singer.

She claims while she was trying to snap a pic, her allegedly smacked the phone out of her hand, hitting it into her face and breaking her glasses.

She is suing Trey for medical expenses and other damages.

This is the second lawsuit filed against Trey in the past fortnight.

Last week, a Detroit cop sued him after he was allegedly punched in the face with a closed fist during a concert almost two years ago.

On 28 December, 2016, Sgt. Robert Avery tried to arrest the singer after he began to hurl equipment at staff after the lights at a Detroit concert venue switched off.

While trying to arrest him, Trey fought back and punched the officer in the face.

Sgt. Avery claims he fell to the ground and hit his head on the concrete as a result. He adds that he suffered visible bruising and swelling to his right temple, a contusion to his left forehead and hurt his hip.

The cop also alleges that Trey hurled a number of harmful words towards him.
