WATCH: Die Antwoord’s new music video is about a lonely alien’s struggle in America

Cape Town – South African music group, Die Antwoord have released a new music video for their song, Alien. 

They previewed the clip - which was directed by one half of the duo, Ninja - at the end of May, to whet fans’ collective appetites.

The full length visual is pretty creepy but also sad as it tells the story of an alien who is subjected to discrimination in a landscape where extra-terrestrials are a part of the population.

The lyrics of the song are straightforward and relate to the themes of the video; our favourite thing is definitely the CGI.
