WATCH: Japanese businessmen do rap battles to let off steam

Cape Town – We've all been there. You have a tough day at the office, and you want to let it all go and have some fun. Some people go to the gym, while others binge their favourite comedies or dramas; but several businessmen in Tokyo have found another way to express their frustrations…rapping.

That's right, there's a whole underground culture of battle rapping among Japanese corporate employees. Why rap, and who does it? Well, corporate culture in Japan involves strict hierarchy and long hours that have led to cases of death from overwork – so some 'salarimen' started an underground music battles to let off steam.
