WATCH: Katy Perry sent Taylor Swift a literal olive branch so we guess the feud is over

Cape Town – A long, long time ago in a distant land called Los Angeles pop singers Katy Perry and Taylor Swift had a feud that made all the headlines. 

The beef reached its fever point in 2016 when Taylor released her single Bad Blood which was reportedly about Katy. 

Now two years later, the war of words and beats is apparently over with Katy literally sending the Delicate singer an olive branch, a symbolic offering of peace, sort of like a long distance ‘sorry, let’s forget about it’ in plant form. 

Taylor posted the gift on her Instagram stories and showed fans that it included a note which read: 

“Hey old friend - I’ve been doing some thinking on past miscommunications and feelings between us and wanted to clear the air...”
