Los Angeles - Socialite Kim Kardashian is set to file for divorce on Monday, just 72 days after getting married in a large-scale production that was fodder for two reality TV specials, according to mulitple news sources, including TMZ.com.
"Yes @kimkardashian is filing for divorce this morning," read a Tweet from radio and TV host Ryan Seacrest, who is producer of her reality how.
Kardashian, 30, will cite "irreconcilable differences" in the seperation from New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries. They went on to say she has hired top-shelf Hollywood divorce attorney Laura Wasser to represent her.
The storybook wedding on August 20 reportedly cost a whopping $10m.
The wedding and the preparations for it were produced into two specials on E! and aired in October.
