Amarillo - Eccentric millionaire artist Stanley Marsh 3 has been indicted on charges that he sexually assaulted teens.
Marsh's attorney, Bill Kelly, said on Thursday that a grand jury has indicted Marsh on four counts of sexual assault of a child, eight counts of sexual performance by a child, and two counts of indecency with a child.
If convicted, the 75-year-old Marsh faces up to 20 years in prison and fines up to $10 000 on each count. His attorneys have denied the allegations.
Marsh has been free on bond since turning himself in after an arrest warrant was issued in November.
In February, Marsh settled 10 civil lawsuits from teenagers who alleged he paid them for sex acts.
Marsh suffered a massive stroke in 2011, and his wife is now his legal guardian.
