The Girls of the Playboy Mansion remember Hugh Hefner

Cape Town – Two of the stars of The Girls of the Playboy Mansion, and Hugh Hefner’s ex-girlfriends, have paid tribute to the late icon.

Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Bridget Marquardt rose to fame as Playboy models and from their starring roles as Hef’s girlfriends in the E! reality TV show.

Hugh Hefner died of natural causes at his home surrounded by family on Wednesday night. He was 91.

In a statement to E! News, Kendra said: “Hef changed my life. He made me the person I am today.  I couldn't be more thankful for our friendship and our time together. I will miss him so much but he will be in my heart forever.”

Kendra maintained a close relationship to the publishing mogul.

Bridget took to Twitter with a photo of herself and Hef. Alongside the photo she said: “So sad but forever grateful for all the wonderful memories and amazing experiences.”
