Cape Town - Marilyn Ramos was crowned Miss South Africa 2012 at a glittering ceremony at Sun City on Sunday.
The crown has passed on from Melinda Bam who was unable to be at the show because she is competing in the Miss Universe pageant.
First princess is Stacey Webb and second princess is Pearl Nxele.
The event was hosted by former Miss SA, Jo-Ann Strauss, All Access presenter Bridget Masinga and actor and presenter, Lungile Radu.
