Earlier this year Adele revealed she intends divorcing her estranged husband Simon Konecki, after reportedly being married to him for only 11 months.

The award-winning singer has now apparently filed for divorce from Simon, who’s a charity entrepreneur. The couple have been together for eight years but were married for just 11 months, according to Metro.

Lodged divorce papers reportedly reveal that they officially said ‘I do’ on May 6, 2018 despite reports that they’d got married in 2016, DailyMail reported. It’s claimed the wedding took place at the same time as Adele hosted her Titanic themed birthday party.
