Cape Town - The Duchess of Sussex seems to have taken to her life as a royal like a fish to water, attending all kinds of engagements with the queen and other members of the British royal family.
But we can’t help but wonder if the former actress misses her TV series Suits in which she starred for seven seasons.
During their recent visit to Dublin, Ireland, Meghan (36) and Harry (33) went on a walkabout and chatted with members of the public who’d been waiting to catch a glimpse of the royal pair. The Duchess of Sussex struck up a conversation with a woman named Fiona Moore.
“I’m a fan of Suits and I said to her that I miss it and she said, ‘So do I,’” Fiona told HELLO magazine.
Meghan seemed jovial and at ease during the walkabout, the woman added.
“She seemed very relaxed and was joking and laughing.”
Meghan’s Suits character, Rachel Zane, was written out of the show in the season seven finale, which was broadcast in April. In an emotional scene she marries her long-time on-screen love interest, Mike Ross (played by Patrick J Adams).
Patrick (27) also left Suits at the end of season seven because of family commitments, Express reports.
On the day the season finale was broadcast he posted on Twitter: “Tonight my last episode of #Suits ever is airing. Weird. Hope it doesn’t disappoint. Thank you to everyone who turned an audition into 7 surreal years of my life. Hope you enjoy it. I know I have. Peace.”
