Miley Cyrus admits to bullying 22-year-old model Hailey Baldwin in a recent episode of Carpool Karaoke: The Series.
Speaking in an episode of the Emmy-winning show – a spinoff of a widely popular segment on The Late Late Show with James Corden – alongside her bestie Kendall Jenner, Hailey said, “Miley was the biggest troll to me. She prepared me for this industry!”
During the episode, Cyrus makes a surprise appearance while the models sing along to Party in the USA. After the pair finish their jam session, the Wrecking Ball hitmaker reveals that she used to bully Baldwin as they’ve known each other since they were children. Miley was close friends with Baldwin’s older sister, Alaia, People reports.
“I would be evil to her,” Cyrus said. “She would try to play with us, like me and Alaia, and then we would lock her out of the room and be evil.”
The 26-year-old singer joked that being mean to Baldwin when they were children prepared her for life in the spotlight, All4women reports
“I had to. It made you who you are, you know? It made you stronger,” Miley told Haily.
Hailey also revealed that she cannot wait to start a family with Justin Bieber, whom she wed in September.
“I love kids and I can’t wait to have my own. I would say now that’s a closer reality.”
