Cape Town - She’s faced endless criticism over the years for her infamous poker face but it seems rather than be offended by it Victoria Beckham is able to poke fun at herself.
The fashion designer and mom-of-four recently took to Instagram Stories to show off her playful jacket which was emblazoned with the words "Don’t tell me to smile" on the back, Daily Mail reports.
The former Spice Girl – who’s known for her posh pout – wore the item while signing autographs for fans on leaving Breakfast Television in Toronto.
She’s currently touring Canada and the US to promote her new cosmetics range, Victoria Beckham Beauty, which she launched in September, Today reports.
In an interview with UK Glamour earlier this year, she opened up about her famous steely demeanour calling it her "armour" before adding she’s not as bad as she used to be.
"In the past I’ve probably hidden behind my armour. The not smiling publicly, for instance. There’s less of that now.
"There’s something really liberating about embracing who I am at 45 years old and owning it, feeling confident, feeling content," she explained.
So for her cosmetics and skincare range she insisted on keeping her wrinkles in all the imagery.
"What’s real and what’s not has become so blurred with Photoshop," she mused. "I believe people want to see pictures that are real."
