Cape Town - Will Smith finally addresses the divorce rumours he and Jada Pinkett Smith regularly face!
On Wednesday, 23 May, the Bright actor released a snippet to his “new music” along with a catchy track called To the Clique, reports People.
Although there’s been loads of speculation that the couple is headed for splitsville, the 49-year-old rapper and actor revealed they’re stronger than ever.
"20 years of swag y'all just witnessed, stop the divorce rumors and mind your damn business," Will raps.
"The real-life Incredibles, last name Smith, Jaden, Jada, Willow, Trey – y'all ain't f**k with my clique.”
The happy couple, said “I do” on New Year's Eve in 1997, and have a son Jaden (19) and daughter Willow (17) together.
"Two decades. When you're married to somebody that long and we were talking about it, we were like, 'You know, it's 20 years, what are we gonna do?' She was like, 'We're gonna high-five and keep it moving.
"It's really interesting, it's like when you see couples that have been together long and you have that look between them and you just know.
“If you haven't been with somebody that long, you [wouldn’t be at] that place where you find the magic in the mundane, where you're not seeking the high stimulus and all of that ravaging, craving – it's just really simple and really easy, you know,” says Will.
And Jada Pinkett Smith feels the same way!
In a recent episode of her new Facebook live show Red Table Talk, the 46-year-old spoke about how supportive her husband has been throughout their marriage.
“Will had always told me to put myself first, and I’d never really understood what that meant,” Jada said.
“It took a lot of communication.
“At the end of the day, Will is extremely supportive of giving me what I need.”
