Cape Town - Before our love of the music, comes our love for the fans. That is why Superbalist In The City presents the Virgin Mobile Braam Beach Party will be moving to Mary Fitzgerald Square, Newtown for #SxITC2016.

Same name, same incredible line-up, same beach party theme – but in a bigger venue, with more parking, more space to get down and an awesome new location for this year’s hottest urban and hip-hop concert.

With recent events in the Braam area – and after consultations with the Johannesburg Metro Police and various stakeholders – we have made the decision to move the #BraamBeachParty less than a kilometer down the road so everyone can party with peace of mind.

It all kicks off on Saturday 8 October from 15:00, so bring your swag, your sunblock and your summer party threads. We’ll bring the beats, the palm trees and beach sand.

What this year’s hottest event looks like:

15:00 - Opening DJ
16:30 - Melo B
17:00 - Shekhinah
17:15 - Julian Gomes
18:00 - DJ Capital
18:45 - Atjazz
19:30 - Until Until
20:15 - Stilo Magolide
20:45 - Riky Rick
21:15 - p.H
22:15 - DJ Tira
23:15 - AKA
00:00 - Doors close

#BraamBeachParty tickets are only R150, buy your tickets from Father Coffee Braamfontein or Rosebank or online here

In addition to the music, there’ll be loads to keep you entertained. Check out the Virgin Mobile area, get free ice-cream and your pic snapped, post it on socials with the hashtags and you could win awesome spot prizes throughout the event.

Our friends at Klipdrift will not only keep your thirst quenched and your party vibe high, but you’ll get a chance to win instant prizes for you and your friend by ‘recording a voice note’ and getting a scratch-card for some instant gratification.
