Watch the videos of this week's best and worst performances.

Best: Lloyd
Proud dad Lloyd covers the Parlotones' Push Me To The Floor with amazing power, sincerity and emotion. We think the Parlotones should give him the song.

Worst: Pieter
Jesse Clegg's Today is a snooze fest to begin with, but Pieter's false notes, forgotten words and pained expression actually managed to make it worse. Pieter's been on borrowed time for long enough.

Most improved: Adeline
From bad Prince covers to the misunderstanding of disco, Adeline has come a long way. She finally forgets all the pomp and fanfare and delivers a sincere performance of Nianell's Who Painted The Moon.
