I would not recommend TopTV

I subsribed to TopTV in 2011. I took out the subsription for both my mother & I.

My payments were always up to date but they treated me so poorly when I had technical problems.

Their staff do not know how to handle customer queries.

My mother was not able to receive the signal even though the payments were up to date.

I then decided to go to Dstv.

My mother is still sitting with the equipment that is not working because nobody was able to help us from TopTV.

I had a bad experience with TopTV and I would not recommend it to anyone.
