Cape Town - MultiChoice is considering returning TV schedules to its monthly magazine, Dish, following complaints from angry subscribers who want the full TV schedule for channels.
DStv subscribers are upset that the monthly magazine no longer includes listings as of April and MultiChoice says it will be conducting a survey in the coming weeks on whether subscribers want the printed TV guide for channels included again.
Inaccuracies
"When we decided to discontinue the schedules in the Dish magazine, our intention was to stop giving our subscribers inaccurate schedule information.
"Since distributing the improved April Dish magazine without the listings, we have received a number of complaints from subscribers who are missing the printed schedule information," said MultiChoice.
"We have listened to the complaints received from these subscribers and will be conducting a survey in the coming weeks.
"This survey will ask all subscribers whether they wish to receive a printed version of the listings, even though there will still be inaccuracies in the listings."
"Once we have received the feedback from this survey, we will determine the best route forward to resolve this to the satisfaction of our subscribers," added MultiChoice.
