Jimmy Fallon channels Frank Underwood in House of Cards spoof


Los Angeles – We have to hand it to Jimmy Fallon. When it comes to parodying the most popular TV shows he is the master. After doing brilliant versions of Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad next in line was House of Cards.

Channeling the enigmatic Frank Underwood Jimmy wears a wig, puts on his best Southern accent and turns to talk to the camera in typical Frank fashion.

In House of Cue Cards Ellen Barkin perfectly portrays Claire Underwood, black dress and all. It also includes on screen text messages and a trip to Freddy’s barbecue.

In true House of Cards style the second instalment has a shocking twist during a subway encounter.
