Meet Mzansi’s WAGS

2015-04-08 14:32

Johannesburg – Mzansi Magic’s brand new reality show, Diski Divas, will take viewers into the world of soccer as it turns the spotlight on five soccer WAGS.

Get ready for drama, glitz and glamour and all the trimmings that come with living in the high stakes world of soccer WAGS.

This show will follow their journeys – where they come from; what it took to get where they are; their hopes and aspirations; the different aspects of their lives, from parenting to careers; and the sacrifices they have made.

The show will focus on their relationships with their men - both past and present.

Here's everything you need to know about the divas!
Felicia Modise, 29, is the former wife of Teko Modise. A small town girl, born in De Beer and later moved to Evaton to live with her grandmother. An avid netball player, Felicia studied drama and appeared on Soul City before meeting Teko at the age of 22.

Parys-born Gaositwe "Gigi" Pule is the wife of Bournemouth and Bafana Bafana player, Tokelo Rantie. She met him through social media – striking up a conversation with him because they are both from the same town.  Gigi gave birth to their son in the same year she graduated with a degree in Building Sciences – and she is committed to giving her family a "normal" life, away from the luxury that most people perceive soccer stars to be immersed in.
