New York - ABC confirmed on Monday that Diane Sawyer will conduct a two-hour interview with Bruce Jenner that will air on Friday, 24 April.

According to the news network the former Olympic champion will give a "far-ranging interview" which is expected to touch on rumours that he is currently transitioning from male to female.

Jenner has not spoken publicly about the rumours but has been seen looking more feminine in appearance. Those in his inner circle have also not challenged speculation that he is preparing to live as a woman.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians TV star was spotted out for a hike on Monday morning as his tell-all interview date was confirmed.

MailOnline reported Jenner's hike came shortly after rumours started circling that the Olympian had undergone breast surgery. He refused to comment on the allegations.

The 65-year-old wore an oversized hoodie to cover up. He was also seen wearing red nail polish.

There has also been talks about a possible reality show that will document Jenner's transition. E! Entertainment network, that also airs Keeping Up With the Kardashians, has not commented on this.
