Bachelor mansion burns as California wildfire spreads

Cape Town – According to several reports including Entertainment Tonight and The Hollywood Reporter, the famous California home where reality show The Bachelor is filmed, has been engulfed by a wildfire.

The house is called Villa De La Vina and it is located in Agoura, a suburb near Los Angeles. It was evacuated on Friday, along with the rest of the area.

Surrounding areas in Malibu and Calabasas were also evacuated when a 200-acre wildfire started to sprawl rapidly on Thursday. Celebrities such as The Kardashians have also been evacuated from the area.

The new season of the global hit show, starring bachelor Colton Underwood, started filming in the mansion in September, but has since moved on to other locations.

Mike Fleiss, who created The Bachelor, has asked his Twitter followers for their prayers at this time.
