Brooklyn Nine-Nine gets saved by NBC

Cape Town – Brooklyn Nine-Nine will be back on your screens soon, but this time on a different network. NBC has swooped in and saved the cop comedy series that got cancelled – after it’s fifth season -  by Fox earlier this week. 

The show’s executive producer and co-creator Dan Goor tweeted the news about the show getting saved on Saturday to the delight of fans around the world.

HIS MESSAGE READ:

“Hey everyone, just wanted to say no big deal but....
NBC JUST PICKED #BROOKLYN99 UP FOR SEASON 6!!!
Thanks in no small part to you, the best fans in the history of the world!
Nine-nine!!!!!!!!! (sic)”
