From the jungle in Borneo, to the cliffs of Nepal, to competing in Iceland's Formula Offroad racing, to bungee-jumping a car from a dam wall - there seems to be nothing Andrew Freddie Flintoff isn't afraid of doing.
The former cricketer is back with his co-hosts Chris Harris and Paddy McGuinness for the 28th season of Top Gear, which airs Thursdays at 20:00 on BBC Brit (DStv 120).
We had a quick chat with the 41-year-old about his second season hosting the show to find out if there is any challenge he won't do, and ask him if car lovers are harder to please than cricket lovers.
ON HOW HE FELT DURING THAT BUNJEE-JUMP
"I waited so long. They were setting up for different camera shots, so that took some time. While I was sitting there a lot of things go through your mind like 'hopefully it's going to work the ropes are going to kick in'. And then you start asking yourself questions, 'why am I doing this?' And then there's enjoyment. There's a lot of mixed emotions.
"Honestly I haven't found a challenge yet that I wouldn't do. Having done the bungee, I am wondering what they are going to come up with next. Top Gear has this way of coming up with bonkers stuff; I know they're already thinking about that."

ON HOW SEASON 28 TOPS SEASON 27
"I think season 27 was a great start. Chris, Paddy and I got on from the onset. I think you saw the relationship between the three of us get better. Season 27 gave us a platform to build on. We push the boundaries a little bit more in season 28. And I think some of the things we do is more audacious."
ON THE RESPONSE TO HIS DEBUT SEASON
"I was pleased that it was received so well. Everyone's perspective is very skewed when Top Gear is mentioned. There's been a lot in the press about all the people who have come before us, and you got the sense that this was the 'last chance'.
"The audience is growing. Even when you go out and about, people are talking about Top Gear to you. People just want Top Gear back, and they want it to be successful and popular. I am so pleased that we're able to do that."
ON WHAT HE LEARNT FROM SEASON 27
"When I started on the show, I didn't try to be anyone else but myself, and I think that has worked. People seem to like it. I think I've gotten better and more confident behind the wheel. I don't want to talk about stuff that I don't know about, so I am continually learning new things about cars. Chris' enthusiasm rubs off on you. He is just always trying to improve, trying to learn.
"I'm a bit more relaxed. The nerves of being a co-host on Top Gear has relented a little, and now I can enjoy it a bit more."

ON WHO'S HARDER TO PLEASE, CRICKET LOVERS OR CAR LOVERS
"Depends on who you ask! Cricket lovers are a funny bunch, I tell ya! It's really funny; you talk about getting criticism, the most criticism I've had was when I worked in cricket. The Top Gear ones have been really positive."
ON WHAT HE LOVES ABOUT THIS JOB
"The best thing, it's not a job! I've watched it for years. I've always loved cars. And as weird as it sounds, even doing interviews about being a co-host on Top Gear. That's what I do. It's bonkers, but it's brilliant."
