From GLOW to Dark: 5 exciting new announcements from Netflix

Rome - Netflix on Wednesday in Rome made some exciting announcements at its annual See What's Next international event. 

Apart from revealing 10 new originals projects the internet TV giant also made some other exciting announcements. 

EXCITING NEWS:

The second season of the popular female wrestling show, GLOW, will officially be available on Netflix on Friday, 29 June. 

Emma Stone and Jonah Hill are teaming up for a new series, Maniac. Directed by Cary Fukunaga, the series is the story of two strangers who find themselves caught up in a mind-bending pharmaceutical trial gone awry. (See first look pic below)

Stranger Things season 3 announced two new cast members. Jake Busey (Starship Troopers, Contact, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and From Dusk Till Dawn) and Cary Elwes (Glory, Days of Thunder, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Robin Hood: Men In Tights and The Princess Bride) are joining the cast in the next season. Cary will play Mayor Kline while Jake will play Bruce. 

13 Novembre: Fluctuat Nec Mergitur, the three-part documentary exploring the human stories behind the Parisian terrorist attacks on 13 November 2015, will launch on Netflix on 1 June. 

Dark is coming back for a second season. Production is due to start on 25 June in and around Berlin.
