Cape Town – Helena Bonham Carter once had a sleepover at Windsor Castle with Daniel Craig and Queen Elizabeth.
The 53-year-old who takes over the role of Princess Margaret from Vanessa Kirby in the third season of The Crown on Netflix shared that she has personal ties with the princess. Her uncle Mark Bonham Carter once dated Margaret when he was a Grenadier Guard in Windsor, reports the DailyMail. She even has photos of the pair together.
In a new interview with Radio Times Helena further reveals that she once had a sleepover at the castle with Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz about ten years ago.
During the stayover, she had dinner with the Queen, got a royal tour from Her Royal Highness and Prince Philip, and slept in Prince Charles' room, according to the DailyMail.
To play the role of the late princess the Alice in Wonderland actress said she visited a psychic to reach Margaret.
She went on to say that she received positive feedback from the princess who died in 2002.

The new season of The Crown premiers on Netflix on 17 November.
